1. What this is

All My Kid's Emails is a pilot product operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME]. It reads school-related email in a mailbox you connect, summarises it, organises it by child, and sends you a daily email digest with a companion web app.

By accepting your invitation, you agree to these terms.

2. Pilot status

This is an invite-only pilot with a small number of families, running approximately four weeks.

• It is free. There is no payment and no billing.
• It is provided as-is, without warranty.
• Features may change during the pilot.
• We may end the pilot, or your participation, at any time.
• We will give you reasonable notice before ending the pilot and before deleting your data.

Continuation after the pilot is not guaranteed.

3. Your account

You need an invitation to participate. Sign-in is passwordless, by emailed code or link. Keep access to your email account secure, since that is what protects your account.

You may invite one additional adult to your family. They receive read-only access and their own sign-in. You are responsible for who you invite.

4. Connecting a mailbox

You may connect one Gmail or Outlook mailbox, and you must have the right to do so.

Our access is read-only. We do not modify your mailbox in any way: no marking read, moving, archiving, deleting, labelling, replying, or sending. You can disconnect at any time.

5. What the product does and does not promise

All My Kid's Emails uses automated analysis, including AI models, to identify and summarise school communications. It will sometimes be wrong. It may miss a message, assign something to the wrong child, misread a date, or identify something as needing action when it does not.

This is the most important term in this document, and it is the reason the product always shows you the sender and subject of the original message: so you can go and find it yourself.

6. Your part

Please:

• Provide accurate information about your children and schools
• Connect only a mailbox you are entitled to connect
• Use the product for its intended purpose
• Tell us when we get something wrong, which genuinely helps

Please do not attempt to access another family's data, disrupt the service, or reverse-engineer it.

7. Your data

Handled as described in our Privacy Policy. In summary: read-only access, processed content kept thirty days, no sale of your data, deletion available at any time with a thirty-day recovery window.

You keep any rights you have in your own content. You grant us permission to process it to provide the service.

8. Feedback

If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them to improve the product without obligation to you. Feedback is genuinely useful and is much of the point of a pilot.

9. Availability

We aim to deliver your digest daily and keep the app available, but this is a pilot without a service level agreement. Interruptions may happen.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any missed school obligation, deadline, or event. Our total liability is limited to [AMOUNT], reflecting that the pilot is provided free of charge.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, in which case they apply to the extent permitted.

11. Ending participation

You may leave at any time by deleting your family in Settings. We may end your participation at any time with reasonable notice. In either case, data is deleted per the Privacy Policy.

12. Changes

We will email pilot participants before any material change takes effect.

13. Governing law
